A £100 per week (non refundable) deposit is required to book the house, with the remaining balance and security deposit due 10 weeks before arrival. Any bookings made less than 10 weeks before arrival must be paid in full.
Other charges
Pool heating is available for £80 per week, although this is usually only needed during the winter months.
A returnable security deposit of £150 is required, which will be returned upon a satisfactory inspection of the villa after your stay.
